SimbaNET offers a basic and standard SLA, free of charge, with all it's services and can provide higher level SLA's for a nominal charge, for more demanding customers. SimbaNET currently provides three levels of SLA's i.e. Silver which comes with all services as a standard, or the Gold & Platinum level SLA's which can be customized to the client's business needs. The support team comprises of subject matter experts (SME) in areas of satellite, terrestrial, submarine and wireless networks while our round the clock availability gives customers the required confidence in our service levels.
